McMug, Roll over!
Yeah... McMug finally know how to roll over with just a simple hand sign and verbal command (of course, he won't do it FOC. Most effective result when there's food. Ha) Initially I have to tap on his shoulder to give him the cue, then follow buy moving my hands near his back. Now I can do it standing away from him, draw a circle in the air with my finger and say "roll over". Then he'll do it. Of course, like all behavioural approaches, he'll do it only on the same side. Probably is a route learning where by he can't be flexible as to which direction to turn.
Ya, know, this remind me of how some kids learn. If you do something correct, you'll get your reward. However, how much can these kids apply their knowledge? Maybe on the exam paper. But else where? Maybe not.
Well, that's all for today. Quite happy that McMug learn a new trick. But then again, it's just another selfish human thingy. I'm happy when he learn a trick, but what good will McMug get from learning this? Another yummy food I suppose. Oh well, he's happy, and I'm happy. So we both get what we wanted. Not to forget, it's just another little activity that bond us closer togather. That's my little doggy brother. Hee hee.
